Live DTF heat pressing — the workhorse

Direct-to-film transfers pressed live are the backbone of most events we run. Artwork is printed onto film, powdered, cured, and heat-pressed onto the garment in front of the guest. The result is full color with no color limits, a soft hand, and a wash-durable finish that holds up better than a cheap vinyl cut.

Because the transfers are batched before doors open, the actual press cycle is short — roughly a minute per piece — which keeps the line moving even at a busy festival booth. DTF also presses cleanly onto blends and darks, so it works whether guests choose a Bella+Canvas 3001 tee, a fleece hoodie, or a canvas tote.

On-site screen printing

When a client wants the unmistakable look of ink pulled through a screen, we bring the carousel and print to order. It shines for bold one- and two-color designs and for that authentic, slightly textured finish people associate with real screen-printed shirts. We handle the reclaim, registration, and cure on site so every pull looks the same.

Embroidery & the hat bar

Stitched logos read as premium, and nothing personalizes faster than a hat bar. Guests choose a cap — a structured Richardson 112, a Flexfit, or a soft dad hat — then pick the patch or embroidered mark that goes on it. We heat-apply patches on the spot and run embroidery for logos that need thread instead of ink.

Patches, laser engraving & UV DTF

Rounding out the menu: heat-applied woven and leather-style patches for jackets and bags, laser engraving for wood and slate hard goods, and UV DTF — peel-and-press graphics that wrap tumblers, bottles, and rigid swag with a durable full-color decal. These stations turn a giveaway table into something guests actually stop for.
