What event printing costs, and what moves the number.
Every quote is built to the event, so instead of a fake price grid, here is exactly what we itemize on a real work order. Read it like a receipt.

Blanks are itemized on top and vary by garment. A basic tee costs a fraction of a heavyweight hoodie or a structured cap, so the product mix you choose is the biggest lever on total cost.
The four things that shape your quote
Run time. A two-hour reception and an all-day festival are different animals. The longer the line stays open, the more crew hours and blanks you burn through — and the more merch walks out the door.
Guest count and throughput. A booth that has to serve 800 people needs more stations and hands than one serving 150. We size the setup to the crowd so nobody waits ten minutes for a shirt.
Product mix. Shirts, hoodies, caps, totes, and hard goods all price differently and press at different speeds. Choosing a smart mix keeps both the budget and the line under control.
Travel and logistics. Local SoCal events skip the travel fee; nationwide programs and convention-center load-ins carry real logistics we build into the number honestly.
The best next step
Send the date, city, guest estimate, and the products you have in mind. We will come back with a specific station plan and a real figure instead of asking you to reverse-engineer it from a table. Start a quote →
